What did you mostly takeaway from this experience?
Nutrition info and how important is what we eat. By swapping few things in our meals we can achieve same flavours but less calories. How to do the exercises correctly.
When you speak to others about your journey, what are you most excited about telling them?
I'm still surprised I could do it, nearly 12kg over 12 months, never thought I could and probably that thought is what influenced me somewhat on not maintaining it.
Do you feel you have come away from this experience with knowledge you can take away with you for the rest of your life?
Absolutely. Calorie count, nutrition info, especially how the vitamins, protein etc work , and how to exercise correctly, how to fix my posture. Best thing yet- the morning walks, my mental health has become dependent on it.... the day I can't go for my walk it's not the best day.
