Why did you join HB Health Hub?

​

My main goal was to lose body fat and get stronger.

​

What were your expectations?

 

My expectations was to be given a diet plan, and yk be guided with nutrition as a s a training plan.

Have we met your expectations?

​

Yes, in fact, there was a lot more involved than just a diet plan and training plan, from support with injuries, education around nutrition, sleep, digestion, stress and much more

​

What did you mostly takeaway from this experience?

 

I continue to work with Helder and i continue to learn every week.

​

When you speak to others about your journey, what are you most excited about telling them?

 

I tell everyone how much muscle i have been able to build, muscles i thought i never had, muscle tone is incredible, also i am no longer scared of food and i understand a lot more about energy in vs energy out.

​

Do you feel you have come away from this experience with knowledge you can take away with you for the rest of your life?

 

Absolutely, this is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life

​

How would you rate your overall experience?

 

It continues to match my expectations, even after 4 years of working together
